Artist Dev Riyar is a seasoned theater artist and will play Abdul Karim Telgi, a fruit vendor in the Scam 2003 series.

Scam 2003 series will show how he had done a huge scam with the help of fake stamp papers.

The story of Scam 2003 is taken from the Hindi language book Reporter's Diary by journalist Sanjay Singh.

The Scam 2003 series is being cast by veteran Mukesh Chhabra and directed by Hansal Mehta and Tushar Hiranandani.
