Housefull 5 Box Office Collection: HOUSEFULL 5 IS 3RD BIGGEST OPENER OF 2025

Housefull 5 Box Office Collection

Housefull 5 Box Office Collection: Bollywood’s multistarrer film Housefull 5 was released yesterday, and everyone was impatiently waiting for its box office collection. Housefull 5 got mixed reviews. Some liked the film a lot, and some did not find it suitable for the family.

Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 1

On its first day, Housefull 5 has collected ₹24.35 cr net at the Indian box office, which is much more than Akshay Kumar’s past films. Before this, Akshay Kumar’s SkyForce: ₹15.30 cr and Kesari Chapter 2: ₹7.84 cr had earned.

Housefull 5 is Akshay Kumar’s second-biggest opener in the post-pandemic era after Sooryavanshi ₹26.29 cr; 50% occupancy in Maharashtra.

HOUSEFULL 5 IS THE 3RD BIGGEST OPENER OF 2025

Housefull 5 has collected well on the first day despite no block bookings, no BOGO free ticket offers, no discounted ticket rates, and a non-holiday release.

Housefull 5 posts an impressive opening day score. The film gained momentum as the day progressed, with evening and late-night shows performing the best.

Although advance bookings weren’t particularly strong, it was the current bookings that drove the numbers higher. The Day 1 figures have once again proven all pre-release expectations and projections wrong by a wide margin.

Housefull 4 – the biggest opener of the franchise – had collected ₹19.08 cr [pre-Diwali] on its opening day. Housefull 5, despite releasing on a non-holiday + working day, has now emerged as the biggest opener of the franchise.

Housefull 5 is expected to post even stronger numbers on Saturday and Sunday, two crucial days that could significantly boost its total. If the business jumps into mass circuits, non-national chains, and single screens, the sky’s the limit.
